Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of $150 – $500AUD is required to secure your place.
  • Final payment is due no later than four (4) weeks prior to your training date.
  • Late payments may result in loss of booking or placement.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or fail to attend. However, we are committed to fairness and will consider genuine circumstances.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel or transfer your training up to 4 weeks prior to the course date. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 4 weeks of the course are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law (e.g., illness with medical documentation or service failure on our part).
  • If Maryanne Kourouche Training needs to reschedule or cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.

We comply with all refund obligations under the ACL (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

Student Conduct & Certification

  • Respectful behaviour and full participation are expected.
  • Certification is awarded only upon full attendance and demonstration of competency.
  • We reserve the right to remove any participant due to misconduct, without refund.
  • Attendance certificates are issued at the Provider’s discretion.

  • Screenshots, recordings, or reposting training content is not permitted unless authorised.
  • We reserve the right to remove students from private groups or digital portals if these terms are breached.
  • Social media conduct must align with our brand values—harassment, trolling, or unauthorised teaching based on our materials will not be tolerated.
